I would be starving if I ate your breakfast and lunch!

Are you sure you're eating enough?

Igorina:

I eat the Sara Lee 45 calories and Delightful bread. It's one point per slice and it's really tasty. I prefer the wheat with honey but the whole grain one is good also.

I'd probably be full immediately from that but I'd be hungry again an hour later if I ate that stuff

I love eating plenty of fats and staying full throughout the day

You're welcome! I ate this bread before I did WW and my somewhat picky daughter loves it too!

Great, I plan to take a potato, roll it in cornmeal and rice, wrap this bread around it and force feed it to Hulk!

I'll stab you in the face with a sharpened bone from the meat I eat!

(and I am impressed you can get a 4 point sandwich with peanut butter... i cant find bread that is less then 2 pts a slice itself).

I use the 45 calorie whole wheat bread that was mentioned earlier, along with Peter Pan Whipped peanut butter. I only use 1 tablespoon of peanut butter rather than the normal serving size of 2 tablespoons. Of course, the banana is free.

The 45 calorie whole wheat is my favorite whole wheat bread anyway, since it is softer than most whole wheats. My kids even like it.

I was pretty hungry by the time the next meal rolled around, but I stay pretty busy at work, so it's not too bad.

I had the same breakfast today, but had a 6" sandwich from Subway (ham, no cheese, lots of veggies) and Baked Lays for lunch. I also ate a banana.

I have some watermelon and cucumber in the fridge at work in case I get hungry later.

Even with that lunch, I still have 30 points left for dinner, which could be 3 Mcdoubles if I wanted (which I don't).

as long as you are accurately calculating your points.

I'm pretty sure I am. I'm pretty anal about these things and even use a kitchen scale for serving sizes. I use the new WW calculator for those with nutritional info and look up the other stuff. When there is doubt, I always estimate on the high side.

Again, this was a short test period, and after depriving myself of most fruits/veggies on Atkins, I have been making up for it. I realize I'm getting a ton of freebies, which will likely slow down.

That's what scared me about WW. It seems to give immunity to sodium, carbs and PUFA's by assigning points. If I had the okay yo eat Mcdoubles I would. That's why I got on this thread.

DO IT! Do IT!

In all honesty, I tend to average atleast 30 going into dinner (I give myself 45 for the day) and if I eat Bfast it is 3-7 (but that is a big if). Lunch is 8-10 max.

But I have always been a big dinner guy. However, there are days I dont come close to the points (ie someimes I will have 12 ounces of 96% lean ground beef, a monster salad with little ranch).. even with that volume... barely dent half of what I have left and never mind the 49 bonus points aweek.

That is sort of what I like about it... easier to stay in the fairways.

Like tonight, I will be driving 420 miles from Houston to Gulfport, MS with a 4 year old and a 2 year old (god help me). Fast food dinner is a lock... book it lock. well I can drive and eat a salad, or.... adjust my point intake today (i am under 10 right now) and pretty much eat what I want for dinner and still be successful (down40+ since April 9). Then again, it will be the first time I had McD in a month.

Steak is an objectively good thing. It can heal wounds and improve your squat. There’s really no conceivable reason not to eat steak, and plenty of reasons to cram it down one’s gullet on a regular basis. O sacred slab, thou finest fuel for metabolic processes. Gift of cud and hoof…

I'll be doing this on the drive to and from the beach too.

But these are now not a regular part of my eating plan, and more like controlled cheats. WW says I can have it everyday as long as its in my point range. That's a real tasty problem for me because I get along so well with the fries(PUFA's).

I keep hoping for a high protein/low carb fast food chain to open up.

- chocolate
- vanilla
- strawberry
- banana

they're all delicious and you can ask them to put a couple of *SMALL* chunks of banana in the banana one and its even more delicious.

the kfc grilled chicken on the buffet is also good in a pinch

Been stuck a bit because I keep using the heat as an excuse to hide from my bike and lately I keep eating too damn much avocado and burgers.

I've been baking the burgers so whenever I want one I can just grab and nuke it for 15 seconds but that makes it too damn easy to grab one as a snack.

I am going to try to start getting up at dawn to ride my bike, but I am not sure I can motivate myself for that on a consistent basis.

I feel your pain. I'm having the same issue. Also, my losses have become painfully slow and I'm losing motivation. I just want to eat something sinful.

Has anyone tried those cooling cloths you get at Bass Pro Shops?

I totally forgot to try what you recommended me. I had an 8 oz sirloin steak defrosted and cooked it immediately when I got home and at it.. just remembered I was supposed to try to not eat
