its really good regardless of what diet plan you're following. he had a 2 million dollar grant to do the research correctly.

plus he's actually pretty funny which makes this hour-long presentation bearable.

Water!

Bottle!

I was planning on just a 10 mile ride but that somehow became a 20 mile death ride. I really wasn't sure I was going to make it home. I was wondering how sick I would get taking a slurp of the Mississippi Mud Water.

Good lord, I thought a morning ride would be easier but it was much much much much harder with the full sun bearing down on me.

Don't worry, I am just about out of every morsel of food so I will be getting a water bottle or two on my next visit to walmart.

Christ in a canoe, it sure is hot out there.

Nearing my all time low again.

323/181/173

180.7 is my low. Might hit it tomorrow again but I am also headed out to dinner with friends on Saturday so there will be a Sunday bounce.

Yeah its great. I go to meetings with a friend who has 29 points, and I know I will not have that luxury once my points get down that low. Still does surprise me how many points certain things are. Helps put in perspective the fact that 46 points isn't an outrageous amount to eat.

My official WI is tomorrow. Looking like I'll lose 1+ lbs for a total of 35!

You can't sell computers but you sure can drop the weight.

:beatdeadhorse: I know and I don't care. I am also a touch delirious.

Wouldn't it be sad to spend over a year losing 140 pounds only to die of a heat stroke(probably wearing jorts LOL)??? If you ride without a water bottle again, we are all going to hunt you down and kick your arse.

OK back on track somewhat

275/222/175? 01-03-11

Kinda wasted the month of May was 225 0n May 6th, was 225 on May 31st. Dropped a pound each day of June, need to keep that up thru the whole month. Gonna try and make some low carb jerky tommorrow, any recipes? Tired of paying 4 bucks an ounce.

Hmmm.... I took enough heat on the jorts.

Dying in them would be just too much, so I will definitely be getting that water bottle.

You guys need to get over yourselves. It's not like I'm wearing a wife beater.

At 323 shopping options are limited so I need to learn some fashion sense but on the way down, there was no sense buying more than a pair or two of anything since they only fit for a short time.

At the moment, I'm not sure I have much more than a couple pair of jorts and one large shirt that fits. All the rest of my shirts are XXL or bigger.

I bought a suit in February and that needs to be altered again.

None of my slacks fit.

None of my jeans fit. I think I bought some of those in February too.

I'm getting close to my final weight but I still need to work the midsection a bit so I'm leery to buy anything more than some cheap arse jorts.

Don't fear, once I hit my goal I will be sure to ask the OT fashionistas what I need to wear.

Do you wear socks with sandals with your jorts?

Sorry Myth I'll cool it, I don't want to hurt anyone's feelings or make you feel defensive. All in jest. I own a couple of pairs of jorts myself.. I only wear them around the house.

I wear jorts too. Who cares? Just jerking your chain.

Except the part about kicking your arse if you don't get the water bottle.

Went to Walmart earlier and got a bottle so I am good to go.

Took every freaking ounce of my willpower not to hit Popeyes on the way home. I am absolutely freaking starved tonight.

I already have a cheat planned for tomorrow so that helped me pass the Popeyes.
