When you finally collect, I hope that's one hell of a hotdog.

P.S. for Atkins people - LINK

LOTS of atkins recipes here. I haven't tried any yet but when I'm going to put a menu together of things I want to eat and go grocery shopping accordingly. There's some really appealing stuff on there. Then some not-so-appealing, like flax seed hamburger buns

i made something once upon a time called 'maca-PHONY and cheese'.

you used a big hunk of tofu then lots of butter & cheese..it was actually pretty good.

hulk..one thing to consider..dont get too crazy on the atkins recipes right now..the more elaborate they are..the more carbs are hidden in them.

just my 2 pesos. simple foods work best with this diet..easier to estimate carbs & calories that way.

I just finished 120 minutes walking at 3 mph at 12 degrees on the treadmill. I have sweated a bathtub full and feel great.

Three scrambled eggs and a 12 ounce v-8 and I'm all good. I'll eat some oatmeal later. I'm still a fatass but I'm becoming an inshape fatass if there is such a thing.

True.

She does give all of the nutrition info for the recipes though.

now that I'm keeping it under 1500 and exercising the losses outweigh the gains.

Yeah, I need to be around 1500. I've really been around 1800 lately but it's slowed. 2100 and I can't really lose.

Maybe one day we could have a fatass convention. Of course, by that time, y'all are all going to want me because I am going to be smokin' hot.

Nice CT!

I am changing up my Atkins plan a little. Rung 2 is supposed to be extra cheese but I have enough of that as it is so I'm acting like it's a dairy rung and drinking a 1/2 cup of whole milk in the morning with my breakfast, that's around 6g of carbs. That Atkins board I posted would be up in arms telling me to do exactly what the book says but meh. I'm still losing weight I love my milk, I've been missing it. Next week I get to introduce nuts. Almonds! Then the next week berries. Then even if I haven't hit my CCLL I'll be happy with where I'm at. I can do without whole grains and beans, or if I really want beans I'll cut out some carbs from somewhere else.

ETA:
Speaking of milk, there's Silk, soy milk, organic form with no sweeteners added and only 4g of carbs per 8oz. DON'T GET IT. It tastes :yack: :yack:

I had to dump the whole half gallon and throw it away, it was intolerable.

Have you tried the almond milk unsweetened? Only 2 g carbs per cup.
