I had tuna and cucumbers for dinner. I am having broccoli for dessert. My body should love me. You would think eating this instead of canes and cake would cause faster weightloss than it does though :(

Yeah, it is a long, arduous process.

Had a mess up today. Ate lunch then went talk to a caterer to find out about pricing.. They supplied food to test. My fat arse couldn't stop at one bite, of course. Didn't go too overboard but still feel a little bad about it. I logged all of it at a best guess and didn't mess up the macros too badly, stayed under calories, and later went to the gym. Hope it doesn't mess me up too bad.

Still chugging along. Going to try some new low carb recipes this week. Probably some vegetable soup and some things with riced cauliflower. I have been almost full on carnivore for a month now.. Still feel pretty good though, way better than before.

Riced cauliflower with onions sautéed in butter with slap ya mama and a little hot sauce is way tastier than you would think.

I just made a jambalaya with riced cauliflower. Pretty tasty and with a couple of tweaks to technique it could be very good.

I loved riced cauliflower. Actually, I love cauliflower in general. Very versatile.

Riced cauliflower with heavy whipping cream, butter, and cheddar will cure a craving for Mac and cheese.

Finally getting back to getting some fasted workouts in the AM and will be lifting in the evenings

24 hour fast today until around 6 tonight.

Birthday is this Saturday, trying to figure out where to go that's keto friendly. Fogo De Chao worth trying out or should I just go to a more traditional steakhouse?

Well, I've been eating and drinking like a fat kid in a candy store, sailor on leave, whatever...

Thought the damage would be worse.

I would. Especially if you're bringing women/other people that aren't big eaters.

Go out to givinghopenola.org and see all that Troy Duhon does for the community. He's more than just a car dealer at Premier.

Probably just going to be my parents and me. Don't really feel like inviting many people.

La Boca is delicious, and you can keep it very keto friendly.

Keto app: Provoleta (cheese), chorizo sausage

Keto entrees: pick any steak, though highly recommend going with skirt or hanger at La Boca

Keto side: few options, asparagus only choice here. The brussel sprouts are breaded.

What's the calories for chicken wings that y'all are using. MFP has 180 calories for 4oz of drummetes. Is that about right?

Well, damn. That looks delicious.

I'll probably get those two for appetizers and I enjoy some asparagus so that won't be a problem at all.
