you can't choose where you lose fat from...if you want abs, fix your diet. Typically the stomach is one of the last places for fat to disperse from.
This was from over a month ago. But I was wondering what kind of diet would you recommended. I typically just think: meat, veggies and fruits. No sugar/sweets/bread.
I did this in 2014, lowering my calorie intake and lost about 15 pounds in two months. The abs were starting to come together but you could still see a little fat.
Would you include Whey Protein in the diet to increase the protein intake?
TIA.

I'm not one to really say what type of diet you should be on. Doesn't matter *that much* what type of diet you're on as long as your eating at a deficit. If what you did previously worked for you and is sustainable, then do that. If you want to try something different then there are a few different diets listed on the first page. I highly suggest using a macro calculator to, at the very least, determine a good guesstimate as to what your caloric intake should be. Once you know that, everything else is relatively easy if you do the work and pay attention.
As for protein, sure...use it if you need to as a supplement and especially if you're working out. You want that protein to help not lose as much muscle/strength when eating at a deficit.
I personally prefer a keto diet...mainly because it's just much easier for me to keep my weight in check when I eat this way. When I eat carbs, I eat them in excess and I binge eat bad. I don't do that nearly as often when eating keto/no carbs.

I do so much food prep I feel like sous chef is my part time job. But I am not cheating because I always have good foods readily available. For the first time in my life I am ok with throwing food away instead of eating it to prevent waste. I try to not waste but if something is there if I need it and I don't need it I throw it out. This is a huge mindset shift for me.

People really love downvoting me as of late

I should down vote you for eating pizza
FYI to the future ms. Logz - I don't lose weight at super low carb. I had to incorporate more veggies/occasional fruit or starchy veg to lose weight. Super low carb doesn't move the scale for me. As soon as I put a little extra paleo carbs I start downward again. (Also digestive issues get better after 4 weeks and with the few extra carbs)

I honestly don't even really know many details about it.. It's my future BIL's birthday and all I know it is going to be Fleur-de-lis and Red Zeppelin.
I've yet to taste a pizza I didn't like, so I'm just down to indulge in whatever kind is coming my way
