odified V-diet day 10.

Dropped 1/2 inch on my waist in the first week, measurements this morning had me down another 1/2 inch.

20 days left.

Nice. Glad to see the results are still rolling in.

so just an update on me. Unfortunately the has been coming off kind of too fast. I was down to 182 on tuesday morning which was down 4 lbs in 3 days, so I went a little wild tuesday. Had subway, then a buffalo chicken sandwich from navroskys and tons of fries to slow the weight loss down.

Well it work, for two days anyways, this morning I woke up and was down to 182 again. This is a good and a bad problem. So long as the weight is from fat but at this rate of weight loss I run the risk of some of it being muscle. Kinda freaking me out.

I check waist and arm measurements and seems I am good but still a little worried.

I'll be honest, I'm finding it tough to eat everything I need to w/ IF. I just ate lunch today (723 calories) and I'm so stuffed I couldn't even begin to attempt to eat the salad I had planned to.

Going to do 1/2 scoop of protein and some bulletproof before the gym instead of my c4 stuff and see how that treats me today. I think I'm going to have to the bulletproof a part of my daily morning routine to ensure that I get enough calories.

235/224/fit

Bounced back easy and lbs keep sliding off which is encouraging. My folks are coming to visit mid June so it'd be great if I was -20 lbs by the time they come. But enough about that, Hulk... want to hook me up with a keto wings recipe? All this talk of wings has me wanting to make some for the weekend

Haven't had a beer since Tuesday.

Things could get dicey tonight. These 8pm starts are no help.

It's only Thursday. Unless you meant last Tuesday, then I'd be impressed.

He is a raging alcoholic. We should all be proud of his accomplishment. I mean it has been nearly two days!

Just sat in traffic for two hours to buy 4 beers.

That's part of my diet. Buy beer nobody carries, and drive around endlessly for it.

I have beer taking up room in my fridge because I don't want to drink it. I keep having to move it around so other things fit.

Congrats!

SO and I are getting off of the keto train for a little bit. Shes been having some digestion issues while on keto so she wanted to change up the diet. She went keto with me so I'll change it up with her. I'll give it a little time and if the weight doesn't continue to come down I will go back to keto with or without the SO. Doing a 40/30/30 protein/fat/carb ratio
