Dumb question: is live PD on TV or a website? After dozens of pages of comments, I didn't feel right asking. The commentary was amusing, so I want to check it out.

Police live is awesome, especially the Columbia and Laredo departments. They used to show Tulsa but they stopped for some reason.

My Friday Nights lately have been..

NH:L Playoffs
Replay of Live (West Coast)
Sleep

Today I may try to do some bi and chest I do not know. My legs giving out like they did and that coworker really discouraged me. Seriously though, the tone of the thread lately also has somewhat discouraged me also, but it is what it is. It used to be somewhat fun but now it took a serious turn like getting ready for comps.

I just signed up for Avatar. It says you need to log your body fat % each week, along with weight. How are you calculating BF%? I did it with their neck-waist-hip measurement calculator, but I'll pick up a caliper or scale or something if I need to be more accurate.

My scale gives me weight, bf%, water%, and LBM.. it's probably not super accurate but for me it's enough.

There is a BF% calculator on there. It wants neck and (I think?) waist measurements.

It could give a rough estimate, but height/weight alone are not a very accurate way to calculate body fat.

I know but if you did not want to go buy the caliper then use theirs I guess.

I do not know how serious you are about tracking the body fat % or what your target is.

I have used the Livestrong method when teaching it in class. I combine math and health.

Just use their measurement calculator. The system will figure it out after a week or two. The most important thing is to just be consistent with your method

Awesome. I'll stick to the one they suggested (Navy method).

I'm going to have to learn to love chicken my protein macro goal is around 200g. Bought some protein shakes on my lunch break, but I would rather not drink 5 of those a day.

Grew up near Springdale, Ar home of Tyson foods. The smell of the plant, chicken houses, the texture of the meat, and I just do not like it.

I have had to force myself to eat chicken, until March I never ate poultry at all. Still wont eat Turkey or other forms.

I have major texture issues with chicken. I like chicken shawarma, and chicken tenders. And chicken in gumbo. But I have to kinda psych myself up for most other chicken.

Isopure is a good protein mix with no carbs and hardly any fat. I usually mix some with some frozen blueberries and chia seeds to help my protein goal

And turkey boobs. I like turkey boobs

Yeah I have been enjoying a good protein shake in the morning. 1 cup Vanilla Oikos Triple Zero greek yogurt, 1 scoop protein (i have a vanilla protein), 1 cup unsweetened almond milk, 1 cup blueberries, handful of ice. If you have spinach, throw some in there. Knock out a bunch of protein in one shake

Will a protein shake really boost my protein daily?

Say I start this....

Breakfast
Scrambled eggs
Mid Morning shake
Pork or chicken lunch
Mid afternoon shake
Workout
Dinner eggs pork or whatever

Would that be a good start to produce the protein you guys say I need?

Also, Eggs have the amino acids needed to build , but are not high protein like chicken or pork correct?

Until I lost everything in my fridge I would have
Triple Zero Oikos with frozen strawberries and banan and almond milk shake for breakfast.
