Stage update. ~5 lbs to go. Please ignore the stack of Michelob Ultra cases in the background. My wife likes to recycle. And for the love of god, please don't show it to goldennugget.

I feel like I should be making a mouton/clock joke here.

But congrats! You look awesome! Great job.

So 6 weeks after fracturing my foot, the boot finally comes off. Doc said it would be a couple more weeks before I could do any lifting, and a month before I should start any real aerobic type activity. Pretty amazed that I haven't gained any weight over this 6 weeks. I've been going out way too much, eating like shite and not getting on a scale at all. It's been a lot of fun

Yaaayyy!! I'm glad you're finally getting it off, and that you haven't gained.

So did a weigh in today just for the fun of it...

Feb 28 208
Today 181

So the direction is going the right way....Maybe by July 4 I can be down to 170, if not it has still been a success.

First full week of keto almost complete after having to kick my carb addiction. Feeling good.

Might weigh in next week sometime. Not really worried about it. Going to get the calories down a bit this upcoming week.

Hopefully I'm not tempted by beer and food at jazz fest this weekend. Would like to go a month straight without slipping up.

Thanks for the encouragement, y'all. I really appreciate it. I will post some embarrassing before/after pics once I drop these last few pounds. This thread has been a huge help, even when I'm just reading. I have enjoyed keeping up with everyone else's progress, too.

You guys and gals are killing it.

Nothing embarrassing about kicking arse at losing weight. I posted some a while ago in just shorts and felt the same way (that it would be embarrassing) all it did was keep me excited about all the progress I had made. Keep kicking arse man!

Proud of everyone!! Keep up the good work. It's very motivating for me when y'all are all doing well. I don't want to be the loser who trends the wrong direction, so I stay on the bandwagon.

I heard that! I've only knocked myself out of ketosis once so far in two months, and it kind of feels like a streak, so I dont want to break it. I knocked down the 15lb barier this morning, so I'm down 21.8 all together and 15.4 of that has been since starting keto. only a hundredish more to go at this point.

It does, hulk!

Georgia: Kick arse!! That is a sort of incredible streak to me! I half assed LC/keto last year to lose most of what I did. But I never had any streaks remotely that long. I'm seriously impressed.

Confession: I don't even know WTF Avatar is about. I just signed up because y'all did. The FB group is sort of unhelpful so far because I don't know what reverse, etc., is for.

I am poors (teacher) so I just go the MFP app and dealwidit as the cool kids say.

Teacher Appreciation week this week and I just hammered 4 pieces of thin crust pizza and DGAF because I still can go run or bike the calories off later today.
