Gotta wait one more day. Didn't have the good butter for BP coffee. I'm gonna grab a slab of salmon to smoke for days 2-6 while I'm at it.

Today will be a 37/38 minute Cardio day only
12 on elliptical and 25/26 on stationary bike.
I feel like if I miss a day of cardio I feel like a sloth.

I had a late tennis match last night. I'm a little sore today. It's been awhile since tennis made me sore, so I guess I pushed myself to hustle more than usual. It feels good. I'm taking today off from cardio, then going to walk/run tomorrow when the weather clears (if I don't feel like crap from the fast).
I'm not exactly sure why I'm doing a fat fast. I don't have a way to measure body fat at home, so I won't really be able to track progress. I am more using it as a way to jumpstart getting on track & being more strict. That isn't really recommended, based on what I've read, but I'm going for it.

I can imagine your bf coming home and asking well what diet are you doing today??

haha. He is the pickiest eater on the planet, so he doesn't really bat an eye if I have a day where I'm only eating macadamia nuts or whatever.

use a measuring tape and track measurement around naval to track progress. No need to track anything else to see progression.
bw for somebody your size you should start at 1000 cals and go up 100 each day for first 3 days and then 200 days 4&5 and 100 for days 6&7
so
day1-1000
day2-1100
day3-1200
day4-1400
day5-1600
day6-1700
day7-1800
repeat and access results.

I need a freaking whiskey right now.
Does that have carbs, sugars, or protein?
Effing Terrorist are in fine form today. I swear I am in the wrong business sometimes. I should be paid like a prison warden gets paid.
We've had today:
Suicide threat
Brawl
destruction of each others property
an outright cussing of each other
an attempted stabbing of a peer with a pencil
a successful stabbing of a peer with a pen (same peer different offenders)

Really? I'm 6'2, so I wasn't sure if I needed to adjust down for being female. Thanks for the heads up!

I know, I know. I don't look like a total freak. Just means I've gotta get my net game on point so I can be a beast.

quote:yeah whatever it takes to get back on track. I usually do a full day fast after I get derailed. I figure that helps me get back into ketosis quicker, but even if not, it's good to get the mental discipline back.

It is a SPED and Behavioral Disturbed class and since it is raining the chemistry of their body and reactions to meds are somewhat screwed up.
I dread days that start sunny and then become raining due to the pressure changes etc
Right now I am glad they are being co-taught by someone else and I can just "observe" this period.
Back on topic though...
I read where TdF riders drink flat cokes for energy and carb boost. Why is that? All the internet says is Coke is bad, but if pro cyclist are doing it there has to be a scientific reason.
Just like when I was Rx flat beer in HS to help flush my kidney.

John Ramaniello's IF protocol is based on having a large cheat meal say on saturday night then fasting all day on sunday until monday morning. Seems to work for people that run it. I have never used it though.
BTW Im catching up to you on Press. Was able to hit 165x2 the other night. Hopefully I can get it to 175x3 by then middle of July at a bodyweight of 180. Really want that bodyweight press.

Not posting my weight on here
I want to lose about 15 more lbs. It's been hard to buckle down again and get the last of it off. I've lost a little over 30 lbs since I started posting here last year. I imagine I probably don't have to adjust down too much.
Posted on 5/3/17 at 1:28 pm to Evil Little Thing
do the original I posted then. You will still lose weight. Do 1 or 2 weeks of it then a few of regular keto or normal isocaloric dieting then you can maybe looking at doing a lower cal version if the first version stops working for you.
dieting is all about doing to least to get results. That away you have room to adjust down and take it more extreme. If you start extreme and it stops working, then you have to reverse diet back up to reet metabolism, big pain in the arse.

If I add Pallof Press daily to my Planks that will help my core correct? Or is that something I should do on a just specific day? I think if I do them daily I will use the Heavy Resistance Tube
Thought about Russian Twists but not sure I want to stress my lumbar out that much initially.
