You should look into avatar. It's only $10 a month and it would be worth it for sure for somebody in your position. Your calories are way way too low.
As far as the fruit goes, not a huge difference in the halos and chocolate as far as the way your body reacts. It can process the halos faster doing to them being a natural unprocessed food and they are much better for your health but insulin and weight loss wise halos is basically the same as chocolate.

More protein.. MOAR!!
1g per pound of lab body mass. Protein will help with satiety, slightly increase metabolism (protein is harder to digest..were talking 3-4% increase at best so don't get too excited), and help you keep muscle while you lose fat, which also helps fight metabolic slowdown while dropping weight.
About 40% of your calories should come from protein. This is especially important as you increase workout volume and intensity.

What I've noticed since dropping chocolate to go Halos is that I actually feel better and don't crash as hard.
I felt good about doing what I've done until about hour ago
When I started this I was very badly out of shape now I'm just out of shape
There are certain things I can and can't do but I take everyone's suggestions and incorporate them as best I can. OY was my guide through March so get ready for stupid questions
As far as protein
Today 3 eggs for breakfast and dinner
4 oz grilled chicken
Probably do the same until next week. I just have to replace all my meats again (2nd time in 4 days) due to power outages. Had bought a bunch of pork chops chicken breasts and some ground turkey

You're making improvements and learning. It's a learning process. I've been trying to lose this weight for 6 fricking years now.. trust me, I understand the struggle.
Keep implementing small changes and you absolutely will keep seeing results. Our suggestions are just that.. suggestions. We have your best interest in mind but ultimately you have to do you. Compliance is the #1 factor.
I suggest you peek at my mfp diary over the last couple of weeks to get some ideas for increasing protein. I get 180+grams a day in, and I usually only have 1 shake at 32g. It's a high volume of food.

I'll look at it
I'm just scared of any big protein shake with a super kidney. Too much of a protein increase or spike could cause issues in my kidney and since only have 1 kinda want to keep it.
Actually it's ketone I'm worried about more than protein spikes
ETA:
Apologize if I sounded like I was complaining just know what my body can take and while some suggestions are fantastic some are just not attainable for me. That's why I have to modify some that yall give to me. But every one is noted and tried.

What else would be the equivalent of 8 egg yolks?
Posted on 5/2/17 at 10:23 pm to BRgetthenet
Half a cup of macadamia nuts
Posted on 5/2/17 at 10:26 pm to Evil Little Thing
I saw something about smoked salmon.
Posted on 5/2/17 at 10:28 pm to BRgetthenet
You might need to add some creamed spinach or cream cheese to up the calories from fat percentage
Posted on 5/2/17 at 10:29 pm to Evil Little Thing
I'll absolutely make a salmon spread with the cream cheese and shmear it on cucumber or some kind of veggie chip.
Posted on 5/2/17 at 10:35 pm to BRgetthenet
That would be good. It would make the fast a lot easier. Just plug it into a calculator to make sure the protein doesn't get too high and you're golden.

Days 4 and 5, ya just bump the fat and protein?
Then, the idea is just go keto after one carb load?

I'll let 777 answer that one. I'm not sure if a fat fast would have the same terrible hormonal implications for me as IF, so I've never tried. When are you thinking about starting?
Posted on 5/2/17 at 10:47 pm to Evil Little Thing
If you just eat breakfast, it probably won't. I think.
I'll wait for more advice from them. I wanna do it ASAP.
I have what I need to swing Day 1 tomorrow.

Yea just replace the egg yolks with anything with similar protein and fat macros. Salmon and cream cheese works just watch cals the first day with that. The goal is 1200 cals with a min of 80% from fat for somebody your size.
As far as days 4&5, yea it's a transition back to maintenance while staying Keto. So something like this assuming your maintenance is 2500 cals
Day1-1200 cals@90%fat
Day2-1300 cals@85%fat
Day3-1400 cals@80%fat
Day4-1700 cals@75%fat
Day5-2000 cals@70%fat
Day6-2200 cals@65%fat
Day7-2400cals with 800 coming from carbs. Rest are split 50/50 pro/fat. Carbs should be in a four hour time frame. Enjoy it. Or you could stay Keto here if you plan to repeat the next week at a 65% fat ratio
Now I must stress this is for and your size. A true fat fast for somebody like evil or other woman would be more strict at around 1000 cams day1 to 1200 day 3. Also this should not be done for more than 5 days. Technically it can be done for up to ten days at 1000 cams without losing muscle but I don't advice it until you have done it at least 3-4 rounds.
Woman can do this just need to keep fasting window to a max of 12 hours so atmeast a late breakfast. It's so short a timeframe the hormones don't really shift and those that do are back to normal within 24 hours or so.
Net try it out and tell us what you think. Also the higher the fat % the better it works.

Did not know you had those kinds of health problems. Honestly I would stick to avatar or just a simple 12x bw in cals with 50%carbs/30%protein/20%healthy fats
And you have done great so far don't get discouraged. In fact you have been crazy strict on yourself. I was more worried about burnout and muscle loss from crazy low cals.
As far as training, practice KISS. That's why I suggested greyskull. Just a basic program that focuses on the barbell lifts and bodyweight accessory lifts. Start with just the bar and progress slowly.
For cardio, of HiiT is too hard walk on treadmill on incline or cycle some.

Thanks for the info. That is very helpful. I'm going to research & give it a try.

I didn't realize you had significant health problems either. You shouldn't produce ketones on Avatar, it's not low carb.
The little bit of googling I did put much comes up saying that high protein diet on one kidney is fine as long as that kidney is healthy. But that's just Google and I'm no doctor. I'd consult a doctor about a high protein diet.

That shite cray. Now I'm never going to hear that song any other way except touch the hiney.
All aboard this morning. Giving the fat fast a whirl.
