OY

I have some frozen Fajita peppers/Onions and 1.25 lb of ground turkey

Just fry it in a skillet? Do I add anything else? Or what do you suggest?

sounds good to me!! If you wana add some garlic/onion powder to it for flavor, a little bit of tonys wont hurt. just dont go crazy because of salt.

And any hot sauce is fine with it

Well I'm winding down my lenten commitment to go no carb for the most part. I'm not going to get to 179 which was my goal but I quit looking at the scale when I reached 183 a couple weeks ago. The scale isn't telling the whole story as I've lost about 12 lbs total but 2.5 inches or more on my waist. All without losing any muscle. Plus I feel great mentally and when I wake up in the mornings on keto. I'm going to keep going on no carb for the most part with a few beers on the weeknds.

Do you use anything to track how far you ride your bike?

Also since I'm new to biking I don't really want to drop over $200 on a bike until I see myself actually riding it often. What kind of bike should I look into getting?

It's called MapMyRide And it's put out by under armour. It's free as you don't mind ads. I love it. It tracks your route and mileage very accurately and even takes into account elevation. Also gives you an estimated burned calorie count.

I'm 23 and easily piss 3-4 times a night. Drink well over a gallon a day. Tom Herman would love me

I excel in championship level urine

Those calves make it a little hard to notice you're golfing. I'll leave it at that

How's everyone's night going?

I'm not the one posting pics of my legs on here well, apart from the pic I posted very briefly in this thread a year ago. If mine were all chiseled like that, I'd probably be showing them off, too!

Everyone said I looked short & didn't need to lose 40 lbs. Joke's on y'all. I've lost like 30 & look pretty much the same. Your turns to post pics!
