I ended up sitting near an OTer & his fam at the last baseball game I attended. I recognized him from pics posted. It was kinda surreal, in an internet & real world colliding kinda way.

They're playing in New Orleans tonight. Should be a fun one.
Just hit the weights since I won't have time before the game.

Embarrassed to admit that was my favorite movie when I was 8 years old.

4 things I learned at the gym last night....
1. Guys walk around and do not even do a rep of anything.
2. Women put more into prep (clothes makeup hair) going to the gym than at work.
3. Little Chinese guys like to make the treadmills at 15% for 30 minute walks.
4. They play the crappiest music at the gym. Who knew Kylie Minogue and Madonna videos made you want to work out?

I'm having a "it's not a good idea to strangle your boss" kinda day, so thinking about cutting out early to run some errands or something before my mouth/filter capacity runs out.
On the upside, I lost another two pounds, despite the presence of shark week, so boom, suck it Mother Nature!

1- yep alot go to hang out and half arse lift (bro time)
2- i aint mad at em for it (nor am i mad when they do 76 butt exercises in the yoga pants)
3- Those little mfrs have stamina. But more than 20 mins of 15% incline is burning muscle
4- HEADPHONES are a must

I'm currently experimenting with the question, "how many times can a guy have plain tuna for lunch before his sanity leaves him?" Spolier alert: The experiment is reaching it's conclusion
Posted on 4/11/17 at 11:21 am to BrohemAlem11
My former boss ate a packet of tuna for lunch every day for years. I have no idea how he did it. YEARS!
Posted on 4/11/17 at 11:27 am to Evil Little Thing
He must have had his taste buds surgically removed. I like tuna but damn...I'm hitting my limit. It's been my primary lunch punctuated by the occasional Z(once a week) salad and very random subway sandwich when I feel like a treat for about a month and half now... and I'm nearing the end haha

Have you tried the flavor ones? The ranch one is pretty good.

I'm good w eggs. Have had plain hard boiled eggs everyday for breakfast since I started this and not feeling at all burnt out on em...thankfully
Posted on 4/11/17 at 12:37 pm to BrohemAlem11
I could eat eggs everyday. Just bought two dozen from a lady at work who raises them. $2.50/dozen.
