Smoked a 9lb pork shoulder yesterday, need ideas to make meals throughout the week. What else besides sandwiches, tacos, pizza? Thanks

This... just vacuum seal it then reheat it in steaming water. It will be almost as good as the day you made it.

Portion it out and freeze it if you don't want to be sick of pulled pork by the end of the week. Pulled pork freezes well and it makes a great easy lunch or a midweek dinner.
