Love to see those plates. Not seeing nearly enough on social media.

I’ll start. In Toledo Bend this week.

I went up to my Dad's today and since neither of us are crazy about turkey, we braised some beef short ribs!

They were tender enough to cut with a spoon. Also made some roasted garlic and veggies for a side, with banana pudding from Calandro's for dessert. I'm definitely done eating for today, lol.

Bird and pig. Turkey in the oven, pork loin on the pit, cornbread dressing, gravy, green bean casserole, baked beans and potato salad. Forgot the rolls for the picture. Happy Thanksgiving, folks! :)

Your other plate last night looked way better. IDK if that was from another meal or not.

It was just 2 of us, Wife spent hours working on a chocolate caramel tart that failed, still hasn't mastered 7k altitude baking. When I unpacked the turkey bought on Monday it smelled awful so that was tossed. We had roasted brussell sprouts with smoked boar bacon, hatch green chile corn bread dressing, and roasted acorn squash/sweet potatoes. Ate the remainder of a local raised red chile rubbed NY strip steak so all was good.
