I'd like to try that hoover sauce, I'm always looking for new wing sauces. Expensive to ship though.

Hoover sauce is great for dipping, and a marinade. I’ll butterfly a venison backstrap, tenderize it, rub it down with brown sugar and marinate overnight in Hoover sauce. Stuff it (onions, jalapeños, cream cheese, pineapple, whatever you want), tie it up with butcher twine and then grill. Some type of fine.
