Portabella stuffed tortellini with shrimp alfredo

Made this last night, but was too drunk to post it.
Made the pasta dough using a kitchen aid stand mixer
Made the stuffing by sautéing portabellas, onion, garlic, a little half&half, purée them, then add Parmesan. Ziploc for piping.
Pasta, hand rolled, with the filling
Finished tortellini
With shrimp alfredo
