My friends are reporting that lines are starting to form at the locations they are buying the sandwich. Chicken Madness is about to happen again.

Loved the sandwich but I sure wish the spicy used their spicy breading on the chicken. Needs a little more kick, imo. Still damn tasty the way it is.

Just had my first as well. Spicy could've been spicier, but didn't have additional sauce to add. Alas it was bomb. Sauce is a nice touch, but that chicken and that thick-arse Popeyes batter.... just does it for me.

When ya get a sandwich, notice it isn’t wrapped in the popeyes paper with the P all over it like the one in this picture. It’s plain white. And why would someone take a before picture staged like that if not to take staged after picture depicting a raw chicken breast. And they took multiple “bites” of it

I actually did get an undercooked one once when they first came out. The breast was enormous, possibly two stuck together, and the middle of the thickest part wasn’t cooked all the way. The manager apologized profusely, refunded our meal, and gave me another sandwich, which I devoured.

Had my first two spicy chicken sandwiches on Saturday from the Popeyes in Jennings.
Service was fast and the sandwich was as good as advertised.
