not as dry, definitely more crispy than the old ones.

issue is its mild, so its not that good flavor wise. Unless you like to drown it in sauce, than that's fine.

I personally won't get it til spicy is available.

is it not just a smaller version of the chicken tenders they already serve?

Way back in the day in the 80's they had nuggets that were fantastic.

Which sauce pairs the best with them?

By the way, try the blackened tenders if y'all haven't already. Really good stuff, but I bet most people forget you can get them blackened.

I've tried about 4 or 5 times to order them and they refuse to make them. They either say they're out, or they'll cancel the order if it's an online/app order.

The Popeye's I go to has them as a menu item. Did you have to order them special where you went?

Got these once after people here recommended them. Had to pull up for 10 minutes and then they tasted rubbery. Couldn’t even finish one.

Disappointing. They’re not spicy nor are they crunchy. They’re not as dried out as their tenders often are, but they’re less flavorful and greasier. I’d stick to the spicy tenders or the sandwich next time if you’re in the mood for boneless fried chicken.

On a side note, I ordered a chicken sandwich at 10 am and it was amazing. Although I bet you everything there tastes pretty good at 10am.

I used BBQ just because that's what I always got back in the late 80s when I got them but it's hard to pass up their blackened ranch sauce. That stuff is good.

I've never had these and I heard from more than one person that they're awesome. I like the tenders, the fried ones, a lot but I bet the blackened tenders are pretty darn good.
