I try to not eat fast food. There is a subway I like to go to right by where I work and I can always drive to cortana for Chinese or a Philly cheesesteak. Where are some decent places around there besides Don's and franks?

Do not do the buffet lunch at Lafonda's

Your not far from Ronnie's boudin who does some pretty good plate lunch, kind of a nasty place to eat though.

Anthonys is another block down florida blvd.

There's a great breakfast diner in that area after you cross Greenwell Springs. I'll try to remember the name.

There's a hole in the wall place on Evangeline and McClelland. Dee's or something like that, heard it has a killer cheeseburger.

LaFondas lunch buffet isn't worth eating, but there are plenty of items on the menu worth ordering. Nachos, tacos, and quesadilla are all among the best in BR... I don't care what you say.

No, hell I don't think the building is even there anymore.

but last I know she was back at EJ's bar down Tom Dr. - Sweet Potato resturant

She used to do a pretty damn good plate lunch.
