its an acquired taste, It reminds me of the summer and visits to the granparents, it was their hors d'oeuvres of choice, finger sandwiches.

I do okay. I just don't do dumb shite like being a dried out vegetarian for lent when my diet usually consists of booze and red meat.

love pimento cheese. The wife makes a great version with some chopped jalepenos (pickled) mixed in. Great stuff.

I like both pimento cheese and liver cheese. Had a burger with pimento cheese at Litton's in Knoxville that was outta sight.
