Parish Brewery Killed it- SOGiTM 2018

They really have this beer dialed in now. The nose is loud and tropical. Smells like your entire house has just been cleaned with citrus pledge when you pop the top. Pour it out and it looks like the freshest cup of sunny delight you have ever seen. The upfront taste will make you think you accidentally grabbed your kids juice box but the bite on the finish will let you know you got daddy’s beeyah. Even when you take care of business the next day you while feel like you just took a squat in the middle of a Yankee candle store. This beer is that good and by far the best beer in the region. It’s better than anything Yeezy has in clam chowder land. Parish Brewery is doing it right. Anyone who says otherwise is a troll.

I think its great they've perfected one beer, while every other brewery has been able to have releases twice a month.

I picked up 2 4-packs yesterday at Tonores in Funroe. 32 feckin dollars for 8 beers. I almost put it back but, alas, I really wanted to try it. I thought I was fantastic. Fruity and juicy with a bit of a shot of vodka kick on the back end. Then I stopped at a gas station and low and behold there sits 4-packs of fresh Ghost selling for $8.99, the same as Envie. I snagged up 2 more.

What kind of footprint do those 2 beers reach?
Are they being distributed all over the gulf south like ghost?

I was being generous.
Its clear that's not parish's model, but when they've killed it with new beers like attacus & pure tropics, i dont see why they have to be once a year deals.

What about Atticus, pure tropics, all the DDH stuff, etc?
They distribute bloom, ghost, and nova. And each one is just a season at a time.

This latest ghost batch is very good. It feels finally dialed in. There have been issues with carbonation, IMO, with Envie, Nova, Bloom, and even some past iterations of ghost, but this current batch is how i like my NEIPA's. Hopefully they do the same for the rest of their beers and get them back to the levels they used to be.
