Unless they take down the overpass (highly unlikely) they won’t be affected.

I'd move to mid-city, which could use something like the merchant.

I get my haircut at the salon right down the street from Overpass Merchant by one of my very good friends. I can't imagine how this will impact them, as I see a "salon" was purchased by the state as well.

One of the partners of the Merchant owns Curbside, I can see them moving to mid city.

He used to own a piece of it with his brother Kevin. This is why the St. Patrick’s Day Parade-which he started-ends there.

They aren't widening Perkins Rd.

I love what has come up in mid-city, but it isn't exactly next door to home. The decision to visit Soji, Curbside, Rocca, White Star, etc. is only occasional. If we lost Merchant over on our side, I'd be disappointed.

I’ve seen no plans to widen the overpass. If that changes then they may be in jeopardy.
To widen that would take up a lot more properties.

I always assumed all of the bars and shops (Ivars, the pharmacy, hardware store etc) would have to move if this happen.

Because of the distance??

It's literally 2 miles from Rocca to The Merchant.
