Probably an IPA or Pale Ale. I could not give up the hops...

I'm going with Boneyard's RPM IPA or Block 15 Heliosphere. Maybe Barley Brown's Handtruck Pale Ale would be considered...

So what happens if you don't have access to the beer or it's seasonal ? You just don't drink ?

Let's say you pick GiTM. Are you just gonna drink beer a few weeks out the year?

I thought the assumption you would, in fact, be able to drink it for the rest of your life. I didn't know the hypothetical was subject to real life factors like the seasonal availability, the possibility the brewmasters pass away in an Uber accident, or aliens land and introduce a virus that kills all hops plants.

I thought it was just a hypothetical breh

I was trying to think of a classic that would go with various foods and I could drink as an old lady as well. I didn't want to go too crazy.

Very tough call. Summertime would be Aroma Coma or Daisy Cutter. More data needed on Row 2, it was damn good as well. Winter calls for a BCS that's been aged a couple of years. It's a curse loving both BA beers and being a hophead. Makes me pretty much a year round alcoholic.

Agreed, saw Blackwells has Blind Pig again this week. I feel bad that you were lied to.

You mean there's a place to mail order beer you don't know about?

And yeah, that hipster bartender at RR looked me in the eye and told me no more bottles of Blind Pig while they were steadily filling them in the back.
