10 being healthy and 1 being unhealthy

I had a 16 ounce crawfish/rice etoufee soup.

I feel like I’m going to bust

But when googled, it looks like etouffee isn’t heavy in calories.

So you had a bowl of crawfish etouffee??

I'd say it's about a 6 on your scale. The roux should've been made with butter and other than that it's just vegetables, stock and crawfish tails.

It's not as bad as one would think going into it.

That said, 16 ounces of just about anything is going to be quite a bit of calories

When I have made crawfish etouffee it come out to about 40 Calories per ounce, not including the rice. The rice I typically use (Dynasty jasmine) is 160 Calories per 1/4 cup dry; I think cooked is about 4 oz. So, if you thought you ate about 3/4 of a cup of rice (4 oz) and 12 oz of etouffee, then I would estimate between 625 and 650 Calories.

When I make etouffee, it's made from sticks of butter and crawfish fat? Put that on top of rice, and you're looking a pretty caloric dense meal.

Was this some kind of frozen/microwaved pre-made dinner in a box? 'Cause if so, it should tell you on the nutrition label how many servings it was supposed to be and how bad it was for you per serving.

No, it was from Fooda

Fooda is a crappy service that brings in restaurants every day to sell people more than they can afford for lunch.

Today, one of the restaurants was Cajun.
