Jason,
We do lunches for our employees on Saturdays. we try to keep it at $5.50-6.00 including tax.
it's usually around 15-20 lunches.
Can you send me some options of what you could do?
email me at cbtullis@cox.net

Thanks

I picked up lunch today for myself and a coworker. I had the half grilled shrimp poboy and the onion rings. I loved the onion rings but thought that the shrimp were bland. There were tons of shrimp on delicious bread. Next time I will try the fried shrimp.

I would love to have grilled onions and peppers on the grilled shrimp poboy. Don't know if that is something you can do.

My coworker had the grilled shrimp salad and liked it. She had eaten all of the shrimp by the time I had a chance to look at it. I think I may try that one day also. I liked the fact that you use mixed lettuces instead of iceberg lettuce.

Well, none of my cooks (out of three) showed up today so we had a few new people that had to step in (including me) today. They should be a little more seasoned in the future. We usually use some creole seasoning and some lemon juice to flavor them. Not sure if that was done today.

Just ask for it when you order and I'll make sure it gets done. We have red and yellow onions and red and green bell peppers all the time.

Does this have anything to do w/ the experienced seafood cook in the classifieds yesterday?

I'm looking for some boiled crabs this evening. You got any that will be hot around 5:30ish.

If so,
What size? Cost?

I'll call if you need me to for price and maybe reserving a couple dozen.
