We have everything done with the propane tank and should be getting inspected this week (hopefully that is). So hopefully we will be able to sell popane by the weekend.

Also, we now have our machine to accept EBT transactions and Louisiana Purchase cards.

We plan on it for at least friday evening and for lunch and dinner saturday.

Hook, I made my 2nd visit to your place and picked up 3 different lunches last week. The food was mucho x's better than my 1st visit which was only a day or 2 after you'd started your deli....Good job, I'll be back.

Thanks. The first week was kind of hectic for us and it was a brand new business for us also (my family has never been in the rest business). I'm pretty sure we have improved and I hope to improve some more.
