I'm a little skeptical about the fast Cajun food idea.

How is the food at the other La locations?

It's being put into the old failed Zaxby's building on South Morrison Blvd. My first and only experience at Zaxby's was finding a roach in my food on the 2nd day they were open.

Off The Hook is legit. It’s usually my go to when I’m passing thru Thibodeax. Much better than any Mcdonalds or Wendy’s

Stay away from the gumbo

The shrimp poboy is decent for a quick lunch

It's expensive as hell, but good. I live near the Houma location and always picking up for my kids if they don't want what the wife and I are eating.

Fish and shrimp are good, red beans are good, etouffee pretty good, burger is very good. Can't say I've ever really had anything bad.

The Bon Temps burger may be the best fast-food burger I’ve ever had. It’s pricy, but worth it.

It's good, but I find in BTR Cork's to be a touch better for drive-thru seafood.

Cork's wants to be the Raisin Canes of fish but I wish they would season the fish batter

OTH is a seafood restaurant in a fast food operating model. Most of their recipes come from a restaurant that burned down in Thibodaux years back.

It’s good - not sure why the one on Burbank in Baton Rouge didn’t make it

It lasted about 5 seconds in BR. The new place in its place might last 6 seconds

The Gonzales location is on my places-to-eat rotation. The catfish and shrimp are pretty good. Solid red beans, acceptable étouffée. I enjoy the variety for the family when I don't want fried stuff. My son tears that giant $10 burger up. The roast beef poboy is legit as well. Real pot roast and gravy, not manda slice crap.

Food is ok nothing special. If you’re craving some
Seafood it’s fast. That’s about it.

Subtle “I live in Summerfield” brag

I’m not saying that Off the Hook is fantastic, but it’s about as good as you can get for fast food.

if they have a good burger I’ll try it. I pass that building a few times a week. But for seafood I can get it cheaper and fresher at B&Js or superking. That’s not counting all the gas stations

that location is really not that good. Hammond has some dead zones and that’s one of them
