It looks like a spicy oil based sauce a la Nashville hot chicken.

Much rather an undercooked biscuit than an over cooked. Nothing worse than your biscuit crumbling apart bc it’s dry af and over cooked.

Yep. The biscuits don't look bad, just done a little longer than my personal preference.

If today is your last day, you can eat one this Sunday

I'm 4 days into a 5 week Keto stretch, and that biscuit has me reconsidering my time frame

Kind of a bbq sauce, sweeter, not as much vinegar as a traditional bbq sauce. It seems they use a lot of honey and maybe some asian seasonings, ginger perhaps.

I do zero snacks and zero carbs Monday-Thursday

Then whatever I want Friday-Sunday

Been doing it for two years and haven’t gained a pound

Dropped the initial 10 lbs by doing strict no carbs for 45 days

Have kept it off by the on again off again schedule

I had the spicy chicken sandwich several months ago and it was so ridiculous nuclear spicy I could barely eat it. And I LOVE Blue Oak, I would eat there every day if I could.

I have heard they have tinkered with the recipe to make it a lot better and toned down the spice level but I have not had it.

It's a really good sauce. Like I said earlier, just over the top on spice for my liking. Everyone I see eating one comes away using 20 napkins for the mess and running nose.

Havent had it in a couple months. Maybe they have tweaked it since.

Yea, just from looking at the pictures, I would have said it was some type of sweet honey glaze or like a fermented bbq/hot sauce. Looks perfect to go with a spicy chicken.

I went strict Keto for 2 months last summer and lost about 30 pounds. I've gained between 5-10 back depending on how little I watch what I eat currently, but have maintained that for the past year. I'd like to drop another 30, but I'm breaking it down into 10-15 pound sessions since life has gotten slightly more hectic lately.

Hopefully. It may be longer than just a few months, could be over a year ago. But I remember having it and saying to myself "frick THIS". It was so damn spicy it was unbearable.

I think Toof said they messed with it and improved it a lot.

I hope so because those look fricking delicious and I want them.
