You see their other limited specials, maybe they just want to gauge short term interest before making it part of the Sunday menu. If this was a trend on how to order I could see a problem.

We're doing preorders by the half dozen & dozen before we open on Sundays so that we have enough fryer space to do 'em.
When we run the Spicy Chicken on Tuesday,s all the fryers get locked up and that's on a weekday.
These chicken biscuits are the truth and no they're not dry and overcooked.
