My garden is beautiful right now. Parsley is gorgeous and Sunsugar and Chocolate Sprinkles tomatoes just starting to come in as well as cucumbers. So what else to do but make a tomato salad and Tabouli

Add some red onion and cucumber S&P

Dressed with homemade red wine vinegar and EVOO. I also rough chopped some basil, mint and parsley tossed in (not pictured)

Fresh parsley and things

Added toasted slivered almonds, red onion and Bulgar

Made dressing with homemade Bahrat and ground allspice (morter and pestle) with preserved lemon, lemon juice and EVOO

Divine with homemade sourdough

Nice. I just knocked out a creole tomato and a cucumber dusted with some S&P. Best time of year to be an eater of food imho

Throw some crumbled feta and toasted pumpkin seeds in that tomato salad and I'm all over it.

I like to toast pumpkin seeds in a little bit of olive oil, salt and herbs de provence.

Not much better than a summer salad like that when it's starting to get hot.

Squirrels destroyed my tomatoes last year, so I'm hoping the fencing I put up will keep em out this year.

That looks incredible.

I want a garden SO. BAD.

Unfortunately, no room at this house. Maybe next time.

Very nice vegetables and herbs, and the salad looks great - what kind of bread is that pictured with the salad, looks like a whole wheat with a great crumb - I'll bet it went great with the salad -

side note - since torito's vegetable stand on highland closed years ago vegetables that look like the one's you grew are hard to find - everything is now refrigerated and pulled out for sale - not the same
