Me too. This is one ingredient I'd hoped would be selected.
Honestly, a steamed artichoke with melted butter and some lemon is heaven on earth for me. A few weeks ago, I had that with steamed king crab legs. A fine meal.

Stuffed artichokes for the win.
My mom's side of the family were Sicilian immigrants in the early 1900s who snuck through New Orleans without papers. What they did bring was great food. My favorite has always been stuffed artichokes. It's the one thing my wife has truly taken on and mastered from my mom.

I love a good stuffed artichoke and spin dip with artichoke but I am not sure if I actually like artichokes.

I'm thinking outside the box with an artichoke dish that I've never seen or heard of before. Definitely gonna be different

Like my brother and sister and I, my kids will literally fight for the heart after all the breaded leaves are gone.
I like Marinated hearts as well on occasion in certain recipes.

this dish has never been created before, and to my knowledge there is nothing on the www. These food challenges allow me to improvise and get creative. I'll brainstorm unique ideas, tweak several ingredients, and let the food fusion begin.

Really looking forward to see this dish!

So far any time I have thought that in these challenges I am wrong

This is like a Chopped ingredient. They all screw it up.
