Not too far from me in Tara. I'll definitely check it out.

Any plans to get on with Doordash, etc?

For now, we only do crawfish, snow crabs, lobsters, shrimp, and sides. We kick that back up in January.

Probably not. I hate the fact we can't control timing, chain of custody, etc. I want your food to be PERFECT

Jambo catered my wedding (All Star), everything was fantastic. Looks like some of the same stuff on this menu. I'll be by to check it out ASAP.

Can you please bring back that grilled or sautéed fish dish with the rice and creamy sauce from the original location? One of my favorite dishes in all of BR.

Can’t remember the name and couldn’t find any old menus online.

Friend,

Mother and I plan to try this restaurant next time we are in Baton Rouge. I am curious how their smoked burger will compare to the Uptown Whole Foods smoked burger. And we will give all consideration to their boudin.

A suggestion: there are now three pinned threads in the Food Board. It makes the board less easy to read. Consider unpinning at least one.

Redfish with the cream sauce?

I see that the hours are 11-5:30. Any plans to open later than 5:30 in the future?

That redfish dish could be it. What was the name of it on the old menu? I will definitely let you know when I’m coming to eat. If you can do it great, but I understand if it’s not possible.

I used to love the fried bowtie pasta at the old place back in the day. Served with the spinach and artichoke dip maybe? I forget.
