How quickly does it depreciate when you drive in any direction?

Does due north sustain as the northshore is immediately there? And then maybe the bottom falls out? Or does the interior of the state still sustain- where is the proverbial cliff?

Also, east and west. Does coastal MS/AL/FL sustain, or no?

Lake Charles, Texas? I suppose Lafayette and purlieus of Cajun country has some plaudits along that way.

Depends on your definition. Baton Rouge for example has plenty of good spots to eat, but the “food scene” isn’t in the same stratosphere as NOLA.

He may be concerned that the food isn't quite as good North of I-10.

It isn’t in the same stratosphere as Metairie either.
