Kids have some engagement tomorrow so its parents night out. My wife loves Italian but she only does chicken. We loved Ninos where we went for our anniversary and our regular go to is Olive Garden. I am more of a Steak person but most steak places dont have a good chicken selection. So any recommendations?

DiGiulio Brothers is our go-to. Nice atmosphere, prices are decent, good chicken parm.

Maybe you would like Carabba's?

Di Guillos was on my mind but is it as crowded as Ginos? That was th eone thing about Ginos tables were so close and you could hear every conversation.

Digiulios is crowded and loud and they don't take reservations. I like that though.

If it's a weekday, it isn't going to be as bad but Friday and Saturdays they get very busy.

Galatoire's Bistro has a chicken dish and also serves steak. Do neither of you like seafood dishes?

Mansur's has a chicken dish and serves a few steaks.

They turn over tables pretty quick. I don't think we've ever waited more than 30 minutes for a seat on a Friday night. And I know they're perfectly fine with you going to Duvic's for a drink and texting when your seat is ready.

If he likes Olive Garden, this would be a good suggestion. Good chain food, good chain atmosphere. I like eating there.

I added in the reservations part as a heads up. If he is looking for spacious and quiet seating, digiulios is not it.

It's my favorite Italian place in BR but it might not fit OP's needs.

I've had no waits on a weekend night and have waited long. Two Saturdays ago it was 1 hr 15 minute wait for 2. Took us almost 30 minutes to get seats at the bar so we just ate there.

I have tried Carrabas. I like the veal dishes there. I was looking for a step up. Carrabas and Olive Garden seem too close atmosphere wise and I want to take her some place that we would not go to in our weekly dine outs.

Our regular places in order of preference:

Olive Garden
Zeas
Ninfas
PF Changs
BJs
Walkons
CPK
