My wife swears I make the best chicken salad, but I don't like chicken salad so never eat it.

All I do is mix in some Duke's mayo, a few squirts of brown mustard, 1 chopped hard boiled egg, and kosher salt and black pepper.

I love smoked chicken salad. I keep it simple and process the chicken in the food processor. I like the consistency of
Calvin's chicken salad. Then I season with salt and pepper (black and cayenne). I add equal parts mayo and whipped cream cheese to desired consistency. I sometimes add some finely chopped yellow onion.

Chop up the breasts and add mayo, Dijon, green onion, dried cranberries, toasted almonds and some boiled eggs. Pulse in a food processor to desired consistency.

I make regular chicken salad with mayo, grapes, pecans, celery, fresh herbs, salt, and pepper.

I prefer curried chicken salad with curry, cayenne, celery, mango chutney, mayo, raisins, and cashews.

ETA: I prefer mine to be chunky.

I like Calvin’s processed consistency also. I like onions, celery, dill and sweet relish, mayo and sometimes boiled eggs.

Your wife must eat your arse before dinner.

edit: I apologize for what I said above. That was very disrespectful of me to speak the truth...

I'm a fan of chopping up celery and red onion as fine as you can. throwing in about 2-4 lemons worth of lemon zest depending on amount of meat and then adding mayo until its barely holding everything together. Salt and white pepper to taste.

I use crawfish water to boil whole chickens then throw in some grapes in addition to everything i just said.

Me too. I achieve it by pulverizing my chicken salad with a stick blender.
