Called Mrs. Becky at Bon Secure today to get a couple hundred for the weekend. None to be had. You got another outlet for gettting them Mailman?

I had oysters from two cracker several times and was impressed. He collects them either Thursday or Friday you pick up. Haven't had them from the other three. Two Cracker is out of Vancleave Ms. the others are either in Ms. or Ala. and don't know if they ship.

You will have size sticker shock on off the bottom oysters. 100 oysters in a bag will be about the size or smaller than a basketball.

Two Crackers Oyster Co (228) 218-4562

Barlows Oyster Co 228-861-8535

Crystal Seas Seafood 228-452-2722

Murder Point Oysters 251-257-9265

Thanks. She ended up calling me back and explained that they (off the bottom farms down there) are not harvesting this week due to all the rain and lack of salinity. Oh well

She’s correct Balls. Salinity is so low I refused to harvest to not upset customers. It’s blowing 15mph from the North and white capping in the bay this morning. Lots of fresh water hanging around. Need a week of good South winds. Thanks for thinking of us.

Bump the thread when they get back on point, if you don't mind.

Crystal seas will sell you oysters. Outside of that usually just fish shrimp and crabs.

Balls and Otis just checking to let you guys know salt is back on point after our little Southern disturbance. We’ll be harvesting tomorrow morning. Oysters are on smaller side. We lost about a month of growth from all the fresh water but meats are fat, salty and some butter on them. A little green onion taste too.

Hey boys our Spring crop is coming in board. Beautiful, clean and salty. BSF should have them in a week or two. We also picked up another distributor that hits Lafayette and Houston twice a week. I’ll try to find out the stops they make. This might be the best crop ever.

Balls you just hit the Nail on the head. When I met BamaCoaster (Liverpool SuSu amigo) at LSU we would have Big Lebowski nights and midnight bowling at Don Carters!

Im in! I was just discussing you last week with a buddy! I regret not ordering in Feb when this thread started!

Definitely keep us updated when they hit at BSF and that distributor route. Though I dont even care. I want good oysters so bad right now I'll drive there myself!

You drive to the farm and you won’t be paying anything. I’m a firm believer in border and trade. What’s good for you is good for me.

Who are you distributing through? We just started select raw oyster nights at my place on Thursday nights and we are brining in one premium gulf oyster and one east coast oyster every week. I would love to feature yours
