Was slightly disappointed with Etch, but only went for lunch. City House was the best meal I had while there.

why not both? hit bishop's meat+3 in cool springs since they own hattieB's and you can get hattie B's hot chicken as your 'meat' on the meat & 3.
plus you won't sit in a line for an hour waiting to get in.

Martin's BBQ is legit. Had the ribs but they also cook whole hog on a huge pit inside the dining room

Martins is good pulled pork but peg leg has way better ribs and that's local talk 100%.
Biscuit love sucks and if you're a southern dude who grew up on biscuits you'll hate their big fluffy crumbly bland biscuits.

oh really? i work around the corner and go there for the pulled pork sandwich at lunch occasionally but never thought to try the ribs.
