I've only pickled 2 batches of these, but I love them:

Dill Pickles

I use 2 tbsp of red pepper flakes instead of 1, I like the spice. These are easy to make and very crunchy. I only have enough fresh dill in my garden for one more batch, then I'll have to wait for my new crop.

Fresh Pickin's on Coursey has pickling cukes for .99 # if you don't want to wait.
