You can wrap that leaves on anything and steam it, plain rice or whatever. People use it to give the food a little scent to it.
Ronnie's boudin is pretty good and cheap...the store doesn't look clean but try it out, smoke boudin is my favorite there. Don't go there for crawfish though.
Yeah, they have pulled pork at Voodoo. I heard the dude that work at Ruby Tuesday said that they normally put the ribs in the oven for 6 hours in low heat.

I think the food is ok and taste better than the one in Toronto, Canada. Eventhough the Dim Sum in toronto was huge and have people push the food cart around for u to pick at the table but it wasn't that good like the one in B.R so try it out...u might like it. They only busy during the sunday afternoon around after church, if u like the crowd u can go tomorrow.

Just got back from VooDoo BBQ

Posted by Mattluvsu on 4/4/09 at 11:21 pm
so anyway, I saw all this thread about how good VooDoo is and decided to pick up some for dinner. They were out of brisket, mashed potatoes, corn pudding and bbq chicken so I got the Jerk chicken with steam veggies and rattlesnake beans and wife got 1/2 rack ribs with FF and veggies.

WON'T GO BACK! The ribs was so darn salty and tough, beside the salty ribs there's salty bread, salty bean, salty jerk chicken. The only thing that wasn't salty is the veggies and ff, I was like WTF? Am I come in the wrong time or the wrong day? The food wasn't good at all, I normally go to TJ ribs or Ruby tuesday for ribs..their ribs are soft, falling off the bone just great! Wouldn't recommend to anyone that have high blood pressure. The food is like too too salty.
Jimbo is so high so is LA boiler and they not that great sometime. Try Tony's on plank,Cajun seafood on coursey,LTK seafood on scenic hwy.,natalie seafood on florida, courville seafood in port allen...those are the place that I had try and I think all of them are 2.99. Whatever close to ur house
Natalie's Seafood. Seriously

Beef jerky outlet?

Posted by Mattluvsu on 3/31/09 at 8:13 pm
Heard it advertised on the radio all the time. Don't know what all they really sale, different flavor of jerky?
Felt heavy when got it, but didn't know it was going be a football side potatoe. Ate the entire thing and a few pound of crawfish. I think i'll try to make my own potatoe next time. Do they boiled the potatoe first and bake it?
I just now finished my potatoes from jason's deli, I went there at 9:45 and was in a rush when ordered..wasn't really looking at the menu much. I got the potatoe with the chicken, cheese, onion, sour cream, etc. and my wife got some chicken pasta. It was pretty good and the potatoes was really big, wonder where they got it from. They have a great selection on the the menu, really good price. I would probably eat there more often.
Jason's deli, never been but will go after work. Will report back later, thanksss y'all.

Where can I get a good baked potatoes?
