My small-7lb butt, 18 lb (lowly) choice brisket, and some smoked then fried jowls.
The jowls were a cheap experiment. Next time I'll use pork belly. They were good, just didn't have enough meat to fat ratio.




ETA: Hebert's Specialty Meat's Brocoli casserole is legit

That it is. We brought a few of their side dishes to the holidays this past year, and that was one of them.

I’m still too scared to try a brisket on my own. Feel like I need to perfect other meats before I drop the cash on that one.

Just did ribs today while I made some baked beans and slaw for tomorrow.


Start of the baked beans.



Added some homegrown green tomato pickles and it was pretty good.

I pulled these two squash today from the garden and just charcoal grilled them and tossed with fresh herbs from the garden. Phenomenal
