There is also a Herbert’s on the ambassador extension that should be too far from YV. Get a stuffed boneless chicken. Shrimp dressing is my fav.

The 2 owners of Cajun Market Meats are both in their early 30's and members of the Hebert family. They grew up in the family business, and branched off to start their own meat market.
