Martinis at home. What gin and vermouth do y'all recommend?

Plymouth gin with Dolin dry vermouth and a dash or two of orange bitters. Served with a twist.

I would, but if you are making your martinis dirty, it might get lost. Definitely try it if you only garnish with the olive!

I like Bombay Sapphire, or Tanqueray. Hendricks is good.

My favorite! I sub Cocchi Americano for the Lillet to get the quinine flavor that used to be in the Kina Lillet.
