Making Nachos tonight. What your favorite toppings?

Here's what i'm thinking...

Tortilla chips
shredded blend cheese
jalapenos
refried beans
cilantro
Grilled corn
ground beef
black beans
sour cream
salsa

Sounds delicious.

I love some pulled pork on my nachos.

Also, have you thought about making an avocado crema to put on it?

All that plus; shredded lettuce (E. coli free of course), small diced tomatoes, diced raw onion, rough chopped cilantro. Oh an 86 the Daisy brand sour cream for this:

I prefer pinto to retried, thin sliced skirt steak, and grilled onions. Basically fajita nachos now that I think about it.

The rest is good, except I don’t mix my beans.

Keep it simple and don't over think it

Ground beef
Refried beans
50/50 shredded & gourmet cheese blend
small dollop of sour cream

Pairs well with a nice double IPA
