Any good lunch recs for two adults for Friday lunch somewhere near campus? This is for 2 adults. Hopefully somewhere that we can get in and out of in 90 minutes.

I've heard Cinclare is good but I'm not sure what their hours are currently. You definitely need to hit Bourgeois Meat Market.

What’re you calling “near campus”? Fremin’s is downtown a few miles away and has good food

ETA: If you truly want close to campus just go to Cajun potato kitchen

Weeping Willow is a solid sandwich spot.
Also have Peppers Pizzeria nearby.
Geaux Fish if you want sushi/hibachi.

Not much "close" but everything is just a 5 minute drive. Outside of fast food, they have Freemans by the football field and then a sushi place in the shopping center where Rouses was.

One downtown on Canal is still there but the new one blows it away with a legit deli that makes some really good sandwiches.

Flanagan's is by the football field. Probably best lunch option. Politz is bad arse too, but cafeteria style at lunch - a LOT of food.
