I usually smoke two around 9 pounds. Smoke for about 6 hours and then just let them slowly reach temp. Usually take them to 200 degrees.

I cook them at 235 degrees.

Usually takes 12 to 16 hours.

I'm sitting at 23 hours right now and still only at 195 degrees..... longest most drawn out stall I've ever seen.

I got to go to bed, lol.

at 195F you're past the stall, crank up the heat to 250F and push them to 210!

I can normally get em done in 12-16hrs too, but sometimes they stall out forever and slowly come up.

I cranked it up. But still gonna pull at 200.

I used to do 203, but starts getting to tender to me there. Like 200 better.

Probably 8 when I was a beginner. It takes 4-5 hours now.

Smoking at 300° will work perfectly and cut your time in half.

Depends on the size but I've done 19 hours once just to get it over 200.

this ^

I smoked two 8-pound butts earlier this summer..Kept the Primo XL between 275-300 and had them done in 6 hours.
I didn't wrap them on the pit-I wrapped them in parchment paper after they hit 200F and let them cool off for a couple of hours before pulling them.

I plan for 2 hours per pound at 225. If it comes in sooner, great, but I've never had one take longer than that. This is without wrapping. I do usually put a pan under them to catch the drippings along the way but that's it.

I did one for 22 hours on my Primo once. Typically, I let them cook overnight for 12-14 hours.

This all day. But hey, if you wanna burn 3 times the fuel and take 3 times as long for the exact same product just to say you did it, knock yourself out.

It's pulled pork, not wagu brisket. People are gonna make a sandwich with it.
