get some good, sturdy lettuce (chilled in ice water) and layer with rice noodles (Vietnamese vermicelli), the pulled pork, pickled dikon and carrots, and cilantro and wrap it up. dip in fish sauce and gnosh away.

change your whole outlook on pulled pork.

bahn mi tacos -

simple pickle (white vinegar + sugar) carrots and radish
cilantro
jalapeno

hoison / sriracha for sauce (doubt you'd even need it though)

taquitos, carnitas, tacos, nachos, bbq sandwiches, or just freeze the leftover pork and reuse for another time.

I have some frozen in a vacuumed sealed bag. How would u recommend reheating it?

Carnitas, Put all the fixins on the bar onions,lettuce or raw cabbage,tomatoes, salsa and sour cream with warm tortillas and have the neighbors over.

Drop the sealed frozen bag into boiling water for 33 minutes. Open and serve.
