I went to the one in Gentilly the other day and had huge fingers. I was impressed.

Thibodaux and Houma have been consistently normal. Only had one instance in the last 2 years where I felt ripped off.

They have had issues with consistently sized fingers in the past. i remember them switching suppliers a few times for that very reason. If the fingers are small they used to give you an extra.

They gripe because they don't understand the poultry market. High demand, you get smaller breast because they slaughter the bird earlier.
