I went a couple of weeks ago for the first time. If you have at least four people I would do the tasting menu.
They bring out a few different appetizers for the table, then everyone chooses their own steak (they'll bring out sides for the table with them), and last you get a dessert sampler.
I probably wouldn't do it again if I went back but that's just so I could try the other things on the menu.
Everything was really good.

I got the flank, my wife got the hanger. Both were really good. I preferred mine, and she preferred hers so it worked out.

Agreed. Skirt with skin in unique, but it doesn't have that really rich melty flavor you get from other steaks.
People love the provoleta appetizer, so I won't say don't get it. But it is not my thing. Melted cheese that is overly salty/greasy and becomes too hard to pull apart within minutes of hitting the table. But that's just a personal thing. People love it.
I think their flourless chocolate cake is phenomenal.

Blue rare skirt sounds amazing. Neither that nor the hanger are served blue anyway, they require some char for texture.

Reporting back: great time and great food. Started with the provoleta app then got the skirt and hanger steaks. Both were great, but I thought the skirt was better than the hanger and if I go back I will be getting the skirt. Finished with the dessert sampler as suggested and it did not disappoint.
