We talked about this stuff some this weekend. Politicians suck is the main conclusion that came out of our conversation. Even if they don't directly screw things up, they create bureaucracies that have the power to screw things up. It seems to me that the ATC didn't have to do this and had no real reason to do this, other than political pressure.

I didn't even realize this was in danger of becoming an issue for craft breweries. That would have devastated the LA market. Glad people came to their senses.

Seems like it was more the ATC testing the waters see what they can get away with, without push back. Glad the breweries won this round!
