Never had Bourques but hard to go wrong with either Billy's or Kartchners.

Billy’s is great no doubt, but Kartchner’s has soul. Go in that store in Krotz Springs and you’ll know what I mean.

specialty meats place on 190 a couple miles before you get to I-49. Fantastic meat etc (steaks, stuffed stuff, sausage, stuffed potatoes, etc) and he has a very good selection of bourbons.

I've never stopped at Bosco's, but I've heard the cracklins are top-notch. The boudin, not so much.
